Hosted email preference page not pulling in existing preferences

Hello, I’m working on a hosted email preference page using the EmailInterests property per the documentation here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005077067. It updates preferences correctly on the profile, but on refresh, it does not pull in existing preferences from the profile. Any ideas what I’m missing?

Can you clear your browser cache and cookies and try to do this again? If the page is being cached by the browser or server, the old data might be displayed even after preferences are updated.

Thank you for your answer. I tried that and no luck. The thing is that when I refresh, it doesn’t pull any data in even if there are existing preferences. It’s just an empty form, regardless. So I don’t believe it’s a browser cache issue.

Also, I think the disconnect is that when I refresh, it no longer knows who I am to pull in my existing preferences. So I feel like I’m missing a piece, like a login.

Also, linking to it from an email using the manage preferences tag isn’t pulling in existing preferences.
