How to create a trigger filter for each collection?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to set a trigger filter on Fulfilled Order trigger in Klaviyo based on collections. I want to filter people who only bought a specific type of item in the Shopify store to create a cross sell campaign. I am confused how to create a collection value so that I can use it on the trigger filter.

Any thoughts?

Hey @joeonyx3

In your Shopify account you should be able to set up the collections you want in your product feed. Once the collections have been set up in Shopify, you can resync your catalog feed with Klaviyo, then you will be able to use the collections as a trigger.
