Snapchat has the equivalent of Facebook Lead Generation Forms. But there is no integration option on Klaviyo.

What is the best way to send contacts from Snapchat to Klaviyo?

Welcome to the Community! Happy to help here. Unfortunately, we do not have a Snapchat integration at this moment in time.

If you are linking users to a Klaviyo Form in your Snapchat ads, you may want to use a Form that is unique to those advertisements. You can then either use the source property on a profile to identify if they came from Snapchat, or you can include a hidden field on the form to add a property to someone's profile upon submission.

Additionally, if you have a CSV of Snapchat contacts that you could export from their database you could put that into Klaviyo. Here is a guide on how to do so.
