How to UPDATE opt outs via CSV?

We have a new website that doesn’t integrate with Klaviyo so updates will be sent to be from the website via .csv files to update opt outs on the website via a customers profile.

Can anyone tell me how and where to make this *update* via a csv?

For reference the .csv will be in this format:

customerid
email
optin_status
optin_change_date

To manually unsubscribe opt-outs, you’ll have to upload that CSV into the Profiles > Suppressed Profiles section.
