I need to retrieve metrics for a specific event via API

Hi,

I would like to see all metrics for one event or one flow.
For example: we have specific email that is being sent to users, specified in a flow. And I need to see for each flow or for each user that received an email data like email opened, clicked, received, time of receiving bounce time etc.

Is this possible?

By looking at API I don’t see anything like that.

Thanks for sharing this question with us.

You can use our Metrics API to pull all Opens, Clicks, and Ordered Product or Placed Order events out of Klaviyo. From there, you can determine which flow message ID to attribute each order to. You’ll find those query params in this section of the Metrics API doc.

You can also export Flows data through the UI.
