Is my Klaviyo Community address displayed to other users?
Hi,
I’ve just signed up for Klaviyo Community using my existing Klaviyo account.
While signing up, I noticed the sign-up page requires me to provide a company (marked as “private”) and name and address (not so marked). Does this mean the address I provide will be public?
The Privacy Notice [1] says my city and country “may” be public, but I’m not sure how this applies to the address I enter at signup.
https://community.klaviyo.com/settings/profile has boxes for “city” and “country” (optional, and mine are currently blank), but doesn’t seem to save the address I put in at signup (which was, admittedly, not a real one).
Other places I’ve looked:
- Checking my profile (https://community.klaviyo.com/members/isikyus-22186) I can see my name (always) and company (only when logged in). My address doesn’t seem to be displayed there, but I’m not sure if it might be shown elsewhere?
- https://community.klaviyo.com/settings/general has some settings to hide and show things, but address isn’t one of the options.
- I have also checked the Klaviyo Community terms [2], but they don’t shed any light on this.

(I also notice the section numbers in Section 15 (Termination) seem to be misaligned from 3 onwards, though I doubt that has any impact on anything).
