sometimes the subscribers submit email through “signup form ”, A record will appear in it’s timeline.But sometimes it doesn’t, and i can’t find it in the list. I am confused.

Hi @kimmia is the list a double opt-in list?

If so than I think that person did not opt in.

Otherwise it could be the person was already on the list.
