Is there a way to score or rank leads in Klaviyo?

    Hello @Rashmi,

    Great question!

To score or rank your leads that get synced or added to Klaviyo, we would recommend evaluating your profiles based on their engagement levels to decide the quality of these leads. By using the data that is collected within Klaviyo, this offers you the capability to create both engaged and unengaged segments. Creating these types of segments are also best practice from a deliverability standpoint and for list cleaning purposes. If you haven’t, I would suggest reviewing the following articles i’ve linked below to learn more about these two types of segments. These article will also provide you with an example segment rule you can use as well!

In addition, Klaviyo also offer an engagement report capability that broadly highlights how engaged your profiles are that are within a list or segment. You can learn more about how to access this report as well as how to decipher this sort of report through the Understanding Engagement Reports for Lists and Segments Help Center Article.

Thanks for being a Klaviyo Community member!

Is there a way to weigh one URL or click more than another?

Interesting question @kluser991, can you share a little more on your use case and why you would want to weigh one URL/click more than another?

@chloe.strange I’d like to weigh a “Demo” CTA more than a “Learn More” CTA to score leads more accurately.

If you want to judge lead quality based on custom criteria, you could try the rank tool at everyrow.io (disclaimer: I’m their CTO). It's very flexible: it uses AI agents that can read the web to research each of your leads and check how well they match whatever criteria you give.

On our site we have a case study using the tool to rank 1k businesses according to their need for a data-integration platform, starting from a list with only basic firmographics.
