Hi,
I am unable to resynch magento 2 integration for some reason. I clicked magento 2 on the integration page but instead of taking me to the page to resync with my magento 2 website it ended up timing out and showing the time out error page:
I can confirm that all of the other integrations worked, it was just magento 2 that seem to have issues loading so I can resync.

They mentioned that you had updated your site URL which may have resulted in this error, and advised to remove the integration as per our instructions here. After removing the integration please, re-integrate following our guide: how to Integrate with Magento 2.x (CE and EE).
