popup that triggers when a shopper is exiting the page won’t work

Hi Community, I set up a sign up form popup that triggers when a shopper is exiting the page, but doesn’t work with the trigger what do I do?

Thank you for asking this question in the community, I see you are having issues with exit-intent pop up form

Check your intergation - your ecommerce with Klaviyo. here is more info
Did you try opening your website on any other web browser and see if the forms pop up there? I would suggest clearing your cookies and cache and see if that helps the form work.
make sure your ‘targeting and behaviour” is set correctly. below is an example of exit-intent popup form and settings. most important is to check-mark - “when visitor is exiting the page”
- Also you should make sure the URLs on which you want and dont want to show your exit intent form (below screenshot for reference)
