I know there is currently no way to schedule flows, but will this triggered action of a subscriber joining the list between 11/18 and 11/28 result in them receiving a black friday welcome code? Thank you.

I have a couple of questions for you before I can answer. What integration are you using? Depending on the integration may change the event variable as the trigger. Also you have you looked into creating a date triggered flow? Do you want your customers to receive the discount code on black friday?
