Hi,

how can I add the products that a customer had just purchased on his placed order email?

i can’t find the specific language I should use to retrieve those information

Thank you for sharing this question with the Klaviyo community.

If you reach out to our support team, they can pull in a WooCommerce Order Confirmation template that will contain the dynamic block you need to retrieve the products the user purchased. You can create the respective flow (triggered off of Placed Order) and add this template to the flow to pull in the purchased products.
