Show/Hide Blocks in Browse Abandonment Flow

Hello everyone!

When I send an email through Browse Abandonment Flow, I would like certain content to be shown to certain recipients who have viewed a certain product.

How do I do that? What syntax should I use. Thanks!

    Hi @Jasmine - Antidote

Thank you for posting your question in the community.

I love your idea to dynamically show different content based on what users had viewed on your website. You can set up your blocks to show/hide content either based on profile properties or data provided via an event - in your case, the Viewed Product event.

Checkout the following Klaviyo resource and scroll to the bottom section titled “Create a Show/Hide Condition with Event Data.” This should give you the specs you need to set up your emails!

I hope this helps! If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know!
