something just went haywire with my email marketing popup
just noticed this today. not sure what happened but now i keep getting this alert when i try publishing changes to my popup form. here’s the text..
Coupons need a required email or text messaging input field.
Dynamic coupons need Email or Phone Number inputs to be marked as required. Please make the input required to ensure the form works correctly.
this sounds like its referring to the Contact Us page but that was created a few weeks ago and the popup was just working yesterday.

I don’t think the error is referring to your Contact Us page.
Instead, can you navigate to Edit the form in question, and then from the left hand menu select “Add Blocks” (see screenshot)
From there, add an “Email” input field by dragging it like so:
Finally, tweak this setting so it’s a “Required” field:
Once you’ve saved your settings and relaunched the popup, let me know if this fixed the issue. If you have to, remove the existing email and/or text block by clicking here:

i got past the alert (slightly messing up my original form in the process) but still getting the above page in edit mode. according to your screen prints, there should be some lifestyle image as the background but obviously not here.
also, the popup still doesn’t work even after closing my shops site and reopening.
why do you think this is happening? i don’t remember going through any of this when i installed it 2 months ago.
@steveg29 the lifestyle image is just showing what the website looks like after the popup is loaded up.
Do you know if any changes were made to your website and/or the Klaviyo integration in the past 2-3 days? Not necessarily by you, perhaps by someone managing your website? In case that happened, refreshing the integration might be helpful.
Also, can you show us what your “Email Opt In” tab looks like, as well as your “Targeting and behavior” options?
301 error suggests that a page you’re trying to load that preview/popup on has been moved to a new URL.

The alert means your popup form now requires an email or phone input field marked as "required" especially for dynamic coupons. Even if it worked before, the system may have updated validation rules. Just edit your popup form and make sure either the email or phone field is set as required.
seems to sort of be working now. it seems to be out of sync with the mobile version as far as when it comes up (which may be normal) and it did display once from the Product page when i’m sure i selected Home Page Only at some point.
where do i find the Targeting and Behavior options?
