I have created a popup linked to a list called subscriber popup. And I have linked this list to a flow which triggers emails with discount codes (Coupons) once a new customer is added to the list.

Unforunately, Klaviyo's Form doesn't allow this type of setting. We don't currently have this functionality, but there is a request logged with our Product team towards adding it. However, you have the option to hide your form to the existing Klaviyo Profiles:
Please note that you might achieve your goal using a third-party Form or a custom coding one, but I would have to point you in the option of finding a developer as we cannot assist as much with that creation process.
