Greetings Klaviyo Community,
One of my client gave me access to his Klaviyo account (I don’t know which one of the client). His account was disabled, I was not know this and by mistake I switched to his account and now I’m unable to access my own account. I’m unable to switch my account from one to another. I’m really worried about it, what should I do? Please help.

Welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re having login issues!
Do you mind sharing the steps you’ve taken that has prevented you from switching accounts? A client’s account being disabled shouldn’t prevent you from navigating to your own account. You should be able to log out of your account, which would then prompt a login display page for you to insert the email and password of your personal account. You can also try logging into your account via an Incognito Window.
