Hello Klaviyo community,
I am facing an issue with unique coupons. As you can see in the pictures above (an example of the abandoned cart), I have created a dynamic coupon for 10% off but No codes were generated. When I send the Email to test , it still shows as Preview.
Can you help with matter?
Ps: let me know if I should provide more details/screenshots for this problem to accurately find a solution.

You don’t have any coupon available. See on the right side under Available/Total it shows 0/0.
Add some coupons and it will work.
but when coupons generated by shopify they should automatically be generated no need to upload? i created shopify coupon and it shows 0/0 available too

It’s normal to see 0/0 available sometimes. That means that no coupons have been generated yet, because you likely haven't sent any emails that contain that coupon. Once an email with this coupon is set to send, Klaviyo will tell Shopify to create coupon codes, and they’ll be automatically created, and the real code will populate in the email.
