For some reason I can not update an email address under a profile (i noticed the email has bounced). I went to the profile → selected Edit under Contact→ then updated the email address but the “update profile” does not work. Any advice? this seems like a bug

Quick questions, was there a reason like invalid email for the email being bounced? In addition, are you seeing that the update profile button is greyed out or what is exactly not working? Let me know and we can get to a solution together!
