If Klaviyo supports Webhook, please provide information about events to which we can subscribe for e,g. upload of a List/  Contact record.

Below are our requirements for integration between Dynamics 365 and Klayvio

  1. When contact is created/updated/deleted inside Dynamics 365 then the list should be updated with these contacts.
  2. When a list/Contact profile is created/updated/ deleted inside Klaviyo then it should trigger the request to posted data in Dynamics 365 CRM.
  3. We have a Custom Opt-In Field in our Contacts in Dynamics 365 which resembles the Opt-Ins in Klaviyo, how to create a mapping between Klaviyo and CRM for Such Fields.

If Klaviyo supports Webhook, please provide information about events to which we can subscribe for e,g. upload of a List/  Contact record.

Hi @Vidit Gholam,

Welcome to the Community!

While we don't offer a direct integration with Dynamics 365, it would be possible to setup an integration with Klaviyo using a third party tool such as Zapier.
More information on setting up the integration can be found here: https://zapier.com/apps/klaviyo/integrations/microsoft-dynamics-crm
If you don't have a developer to assist, we have an excellent partners directory that you're free to browse and employ if you need some extra help: https://connect.klaviyo.com/
Please let me know if you have any questions!

Best,

Alex

Klaviyo doesn’t have a native integration with Dynamics 365, but you can still send data over using webhooks in your flows. Just set a webhook action that points to a listener in D365, and it will push information whenever the flow runs. If you want to move more event types or keep the sync going without managing webhooks yourself, Skyvia can handle the connection in the background so you can focus on using the data.
