Why is Klaviyo so non-intuitive and hard to use?

I have been using Klaviyo for over 6 months. It is so hard to use. Here are just 2 examples:

  1. If I create a template for content, why can’t I choose that when I am sending an email? why do I have to re-create the whole email and content from scratch?
  2. Managing lists is just horrible! I created a flow and set it to MANUAL, then connected it to a list. Then I added new content to the newsletter but it won’t send this new content to existing subscribers. I tried editing so many of the settings but in the end I tried deleting the subscribers and re-subscribing them. It’s STILL not showing any of the subscribers as “In Review” or anything.

So non-intuitive!

    Hello @qmanager

You can choose the existing template in campaigns and flows. You have to just find the right way to select it.

Here is how to use a saved template:

Just chiming in I agree. I’ve worked in MANY email marketing systems. I’m sure once I get used to the different way Klaviyo works, it will seem easy. But it is NOT super intuitive at all. In fact, seems like many things work in a completely different way than expected. LOADS of documentation, but it seems to just send me in circles rather than walk me through getting going in a clear, easy to underestand way. You’re not alone
