Few things come to mind for initial troubleshooting:
- Check your βroleβ within the Klaviyo platform to ensure that you have the appropriate user privileges to be able to do/see what you need to within the system.
- Sign in through an incognito browserΒ to see if you are experiencing the same issues.

+46I've actually had a similar problem but only for account pages.Β tried various browsers and incognito without any luck. In the html it was showing display:none for the main area. I'm assuming it's either an A/B test running or something on Klaviyo side. Disabling the display:none gives me access again.Β

+3Hi there, after much searching, this is the solution I found. It was a while back, and I donβt remember specifically why it happened.Β I am on an older Mac mini, and found this solution somewhere, it worked for me. Good luck!
