Since your screenshots appears to show you’re having a periodic sync issue caused by Klaviyo no longer being able to authenticate, in my experience, this is often caused by some missing permissions, a change in usernames/passwords, or even an oauth handshake issue. I would suggest reviewing areas including the following Help Center articles to see if they help!
