Thanks for the NYC meetup

I tried to get my browse and cart abandon emails set to transactional…
Manual B in support said:
 

Thank you for waiting. To clarify, this is not related to the text of the button. Transactional emails can't contain CTA buttons, in this case you email contains several button that aim to redirect customer to your website.

So this is why they didn't check the requirements to be transactional emails.
