The Klaviyo Community is here so you can learn directly from people who are in the trenches with you. Over the past years, your questions, answers, and feedback have helped us:
- Share practical, experience-based solutions others can reuse
- Keep discussions and resources relevant to what’s happening right now
- Cut down the time it takes for members to get unblocked and find best practices
This year, we want to build on that with the 2026 Klaviyo Community Superuser Program.
What is the Superuser group?
The Community Superuser Program is how we recognize members who consistently go the extra mile to support others in the digital Klaviyo Community.
This is an invite-only private group made up of members who:
- Regularly jump in to answer questions with thoughtful, real-world guidance
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and a willingness to teach
- Set the tone for constructive, generous, and solution-focused conversations
Superusers are a core part of keeping the Community self-sustaining: they help resolve questions faster, share best practices, and model high-quality engagement.
How does this differ from the Champions program?
The Community Superuser Program and the Klaviyo Champions program work alongside each other, but they’re not the same:
- Community Superusers are recognized specifically for their impact inside the digital Klaviyo Community.
- Klaviyo Champions join an application-based program that includes broader opportunities to partner with internal Klaviyo teams and contribute across multiple channels.
There can absolutely be overlap:
- A Champion can also be a Community Superuser.
- Your Community activity can count toward Champion projects and help showcase your expertise.
How can I become (and stay) a Superuser?
We’ve already invited Superusers from members who are already active in the Community and who:
- Reply to questions
- Share accepted or “best” answers
- Offer detailed, step-by-step, actionable guidance
To stay in the program, Superusers are expected to:
- Post at least 4 replies per month, and
- Provide at least 1 accepted/best answer per month
We’ll review Superuser membership roughly every 6 months. During those reviews:
- New members may be invited based on recent contributions, and
- Inactive members will be notified and removed from the group.
What are the benefits of being a Superuser?
As a Community Superuser, you’ll get:
