We’re excited to announce a new and improved Academy experience! We’ve launched an updated design that includes: a new homepage, featured resources, improved search, and a more intuitive organization to help you find the education content you need. And don’t worry–if you have any courses or certificates bookmarked, all links will still work as expected.
A new homepage experience
One of the biggest areas that we focused on was the homepage. We’ve upgraded the entire look with new colors and styles to greet you. We wanted to provide a page that gets you to the content you need quickly, but also highlights suggested and new resources.
Check out the “New and noteworthy” section for proven Best Practices, featured releases, and access to Klaviyo’s YouTube channel. We will continually update this area with new content and other important information.
Live trainings added to Academy
Previously, if you wanted to find available live trainings and on-demand resources, you had to visit two different sites. Now you can find on-demand and live training in one place.
We’ve added live trainings to the homepage and within the catalog to make it easier for you to find content that fits your schedule and learning preference.
A more relevant content organization
We heard your feedback that navigating the old design was overwhelming and it was difficult to find what you were searching for. We’ve made a number of changes to make it easier to navigate the site and discover content that is relevant to your learning goals:
- Content recommendations to help you get started
- The ability to filter content based on type, topic, learning level, or duration
- The inclusion of both on-demand and live training resources
And we’re just getting started
