Hi everyone,

We send out numerous emails to various segments daily, but we want to make sure our seed list receives all of them. Is there a way to activate Smart Sending while excluding our seed list from the skip settings?

Thanks,
Pez

You can achieve this by creating a separate campaign specifically for your seed list or by using a tagging system to exclude the seed list from Smart Sending rules.

You can reference this article from Klaviyo:

Another option is to use a conditional split in your automation workflow to ensure your seed list always receives emails. Here are two guides on email segmentation and conditional splits that could assist you:

  1. How to exclude lists or segments from a campaign send.
  2. How to add a conditional split to a flow.

Hope this helps!
