The abandoned cart flow is showing the wrong pricing for the abandoned cart item.  So the product is $29.95 on website but in the email it’s saying $27.23.  This is a new issue as it has just been brought to our attention by a customer.

Any ideas on why this is happening and how to resolve?

  • Check Event Data in Klaviyo: Ensure the correct product price is being sent from your ecommerce platform by inspecting the event data in the flow email preview.

  • Verify Currency Settings: Ensure currency settings in Klaviyo and your ecommerce platform match and account for any potential conversion issues.

  • Review Product Pricing: Confirm the product price in your ecommerce platform is correct and not affected by discounts or taxes.

  • Update Email Variables: Verify the dynamic price variable in your email template matches the correct event data.

  • Test the Flow: Manually trigger the abandoned cart flow and check if the pricing issue persists. Contact Klaviyo support if unresolved.
