Shopify Integration Issues

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hi, I have a sign up form that customers access via a QR code at my register in store. Just as of last week, when a customer fills it out, it is updating their account in Klayvio but not Shopify. I’ve been on several different support chats over the last week, and all of them have said that all of my settings look correct, so they are going to escalate the case and “someone will get back with me in 24 hours”, but I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Hi @maccollection, are you using a Klaviyo Signup Form or are you using a different form provided by a third party or part of your Shopify Theme?

If you are using a Klaviyo Signup Form, and you want subscribers from Klaviyo to also be synced to your Shopify, make sure have that settings enabled in your Integrations → Shopify Settings.

It should look like this:

Yes, it is a Klayvio form. I did have that checked but when I did, it would make a separate account for customers who were already in Shopify but not in Klayvio.
