We have just moved over from Mailchimp to Klaviyo & are currently moving over customer data that has been captured during the move.

Out of 60 customers, 40 of them failed to upload due to a formatting erro which I believe to be the format of the dates. Once I make the changes to this data & upload to Klaviyo, how can I overwrite this duff info (date format being written wrong way) to ensure it doesnt happen again?

Hi Emily! Welcome to the community.

Sounds like to ensure it doesn’t happen again for future imports, you’d need to the change the date format in the CSV.  Here’s a few articles that’ll help you with this:

How to Troubleshoot List Imports

Acceptable Date Formats For Profiles

How To Format Dates for CSV Files

Hope that helps!
