I have the back in stock flow all set up- but it is showing up on all of my Print on Demand items that have inventory.  How can this be fixed?

 Hi @modernmedievalpress!

I understand that many print-on-demand operations use a third-party service that’s integrated with an e-commerce platform like Shopify. If you don’t mind me asking, are you using one of these plugins, such as Printify or Prinftul?

Since Klaviyo only integrates directly with the e-commerece platform, can you confirm that the stock value is >0 in Shopify, as well as the third-party service? If there is only stock in the third-party plugin, Klaviyo won’t be able to read that, which would explain your current circumstance.

In the meantime, I would suggest reading through the following Community threads and Help Center articles:

I hope this helps to get you started, and thanks for using the Community!
