[Poll] What’s the deal with Groups?News

Great suggestions @Mailbox Manny The potential of groups are huge!I can list some benefits I would see in some types of groups you mentioned:Geographic location (ie. In Brazil we have different kinds of payments that could spark insights on different flows and experiences, like an “open order reminder flows”; Also, SMS in Brazil is rarely used (we use mostly WhatsApp), or perceived as SPAM, so insights on this would also be helpful) Product category - I would love to hear what other book publishers are doing and what works (and doesn’t work) for them. As a book publisher in a very specific segment (Buddhist books), I struggle with the average order value, as most loyal customers buy only my latest release, for example.

@onepoundsweets There’s another option: You can create a segment of customers whose purchase was attributed to the specific campaign (message). I hope it helps!

Hi @onepoundsweets When you click on the campaign, in the overview tab you have the info on ordered product with a (who) link. You can click on the (who) to check the profiles that bought from you via that particular campaign.

Deleting a Conditional Split

I believe that if you drag the content below the split to the slot right above it, you will be able to delete the split with no problems.

Trigger made to order emails

Hi @Jennifer I believe an expert will come to help, but I wonder if you could use a metric PLACED ORDER with a trigger filter for a specific collection or product tag (on Shopify it is available, on WooCommerce I’m not sure). If all your MTO have the same tag or belong to the same collection, I think it would work.

Back in Stock link in campaigns

Hi @AndriyBoychuk , Thanks for your help. That would not be a problem for my store. I sell books and I use the Back in Stock to gather attention on upcoming titles. I would send a campaign telling customers about an upcoming title and would tell them they have the option to ask for a reminder when the book is available. My guess is that it would be much more effective if they could subscribe to the flow just by clicking a button, rather than going to the store and clicking the “Let me know when the item is available” button.

Ok, I’ll try that.  :-)It just seems odd to me why Klaviyo does not get this info automatically, since all order data is imported. Klaviyo already knows all orders made from all profiles and dates, prices etc. It just doesn’t allocate the right info under “first purchase date”.

Hi @ksanfelipe , Thanks for answering. I tried exporting Shopify profiles right now. The CSV file does not include any dates… Any ideas?

My subscribers arent going into my newsletter list

Is it possible to make an automation that puts a profile in a list when there’s a new profile with “Accepts Marketing = True”? I guess that would solve the issue, right?

Hi @Julia.LiMarzi , I really liked this thread and I wonder if you could give some insight on this: You can also create a segment of all profiles who don’t have email consent and target them with an on-site form to collect consentI would send them a message telling to fill the form? It was not clear for me.

Hi Shoshana, Thanks a lot for the answer.In the case I mentioned, the user had a soft bounce, but for each one, he ended up opening that very same email. Will that lead him for a supression if that happens 7 times, even when he opens emails?Below, a printscreen of his last activities.
