Segment Triggered Flow

To add past profiles to a flow:Click on the Flows tab, and then on the name of the flow. Check that the flow's messages are set to either manual or live status before adding past profiles. Dynamic URLs and Merge Tags in Images

Yes!First, you’ll need to add a custom property to each user’s profile with their unique referral link. In this example, I’ve named the custom property Referral Link:  Then you can add this code to the Link Address field of your image:{{ person|lookup:'Referral Link' }}  Optionally, you can also add a default value in case the subscriber doesn’t have the Referral Link property, like this:{{ person|lookup:'Referral Link'|default:'https://www.test.com' }}To verify it’s working, click the Preview & Test button in the top right and search for any profile that has a referral link. In your browser (I’m using Chrome), you should be able to mouse over the image and see the referral link appear underneath. (The kx parameter is blank for now but will be added to the live email to track the subscriber.) You can of course send yourself a few test emails, previewing it as various subscribers, and click the image to verify it takes you the correct URL.Going forward, if you’re ever unsure of the

Issue with Global UTMs in Klaviyo

Unfortunately no, you can’t limit the tracking parameters to your own domain in the global settings. You would need to use manual tracking on every campaign.Adrienne

Custom Reporting - Analyzing Open Rates by Subject Line

The subject line is automatically included when you use a custom Campaign Performance Report. Here’s how to set it up to analyze your open rates for last month’s campaigns:Go to Analytics > Custom Reports and click the Create from Scratch button. In the Report Type drop-down, select the Campaign Performance Report. Click the Standard Campaign Metrics drop-down and remove the irrelevant metrics. At minimum, you’ll want to look at Email Open Rate, but I would also keep Email Recipients and Unique Opens Email so you can compare the raw numbers when you send to varying segment sizes. Under Group By, choose Campaigns, or Campaigns (including variations) if you’ve been running A/B tests. Optionally, you can add List/Segment if you send campaigns to multiple segments and want to compare. Under Timeframe, choose Sent Last Month. Click the Save & Run Report button. It’s difficult to give very specific advice without seeing how your newsletter is set up, but I’ll tell you what I can.First, your newsletter probably should look somewhat different on mobile vs. desktop. Dynamic Product Blocks Keeps Repeating

My best guess is that it’s looping through the categories instead of the items in the cart, so it’s displaying the product name once for each category it’s in.I can’t see your whole setup from those screenshots, but I noticed you’ve changed the defaults for your product info (e.g. “item.ProductName” to “event.Name”). You might try changing the product information back to the default settings:If that doesn’t work, there might be a problem in the way you integrated your products, and you’ll need to fix the integration before the emails will work correctly.Adrienne

Good morning!Here’s how to add a birthday field to your welcome popup:In the main left menu (Overview), choose Add Blocks. Scroll down to the Input Fields section and drag the Date block into your form. In the left menu, type Birthday in the Profile property (or select it from the list if you created it already). Adjust the label, padding, etc. to suit your design.
