Hi David, May I know what are the next steps if I spotted /v1/ In column B of the CSV file (Endpoint Path)? Do I proceed to delete the particular private API or?

More Ideas for Browse Abandonment Flow

Thanks Spark & Taylor for the insights. I have amended the flow accordingly by removing the conditional split. Say if I DO NOT want people who have once entered into this flow to enter into this flow ever again, does the flow filter ‘Has not been in this flow at any time’ make sense?

Upsell Campaign for Baby Products

Hey Dov! What if I do it another way instead? 1. Create segment Create automated flow to upsell customers that belong to the above segment group with size range of (6 - 18 mths) after 6 mths. I do not want it to be too spammy as I realized if I used ‘Segment’ as a trigger, there’s no option for me to use flow filter [has not been in flow for xx days).  Say I am a previous purchaser who ordered 2 diff items (both items are of 0 - 6 mths range), once the flow is activated, will I receive 2 similar emails (due to the Ordered Product logic - being identified individually) ? This is the part where I am most concerned.    Would be great if you can advise. 💡

How do you create a conditional split based on who used a static coupon from an older email?

Thanks Taylor! The current email templates according to sequence are as below:Email #1: Brief update of the brand Email #2: Discount (promo code) for those who did not make a purchase upon seeing email #1 Email #3: Last chance to grab discount  In order to create a sense of urgency for people who did not make any purchase using the promo code given in email #2, when I am creating the last chance email #3, I do intend to set the promo code validity period for 2 weeks starting from the day when a recipient opens the email. Would it be better to create a static promo code or unique promo code? If the best practice is to create a unique promo code for each individual using Klaviyo in my email #2, in order to place a conditional split after email #2, does the below screenshot contain the correct conditions in order to achieve my purpose as mentioned in the 2nd paragraph?

Hey David! Thanks for the detailed explanation. I’ve figured out the ‘Quantity’ part!One of my issue I am facing is that the checkout URL seems to be not working when I applied the steps (shown in the attached image) for my product images. Is there anything that I can do about it?

Hey there! I do have a question, I am using Klaviyo’s new builder to build an abandoned cart email now. However, certain tags are not showing when I preview it.1. Is there anything wrong with my tags for quantity? as the previews are not showing correctly 2. I would like to link the individual product image with the final incomplete checkout URL, how do I do so? It would be great to have a video tutorial as guidance. SMS Not Delivering

Hi, I understand that Klaviyo SMS is not available everywhere. But what if someone from other Asian countries (for instance) filled up their phone numbers in the SMS op-in pop-up form, and they expect to receive a text but end up never receive any text?
