BUG - Back In Stock Subscribe event incorrectly has product tags appended to Categories

There is an issue with the back in stock subscribe event having the product’s tags appended to the products’ categories.  The tags field is not shown in the back in stock subscribe event.This using Shopify platform, but we are sending back in stock subscribe via javascript using email and “catalog-variant” relationship only.  We use endpoint : https://a.klaviyo.com/client/back-in-stock-subscriptionsWhen that subscribe event is viewed in the klaviyo profile, it shows the products tags appended to the products categories, and does not show a field “tags”.  It seems when the variant is looked up from the relationship, it is incorrectly mapping the product’s tags to the end of the categories.This prevents other functionality that uses the subscribe’s product’s tags, such as segments.

problem with signup

Hi, I'm writing here because I contacted klaviyo assistance but no one has answered me for days.I inserted the embed code on my shopify page, inside the html text.Except that I have a problem: sometimes the form appears and other times it doesn't. As if sometimes it reads the content of the code while other times it gives no signs of life.How should I solve the problem?I state that I had two Klaviyo accounts, the one I no longer use I deactivated from the integration manager. So that shouldn't be the problem. And if there is anything else I need to deactivate from the account, please tell me

Product subscription + location

Hi all!I appreciate any responses to a question I have in relation to how segment tags and lists can be linked.  My goals is to send emails based upon a set of preferences specified and collected in one subscription form.  (equipmentsurpluslist.com/alert)I would like to automatically send listings of products within specified area of search once they are listed to the site. Can this be done using Klaviyo?  Thanks in advance!Eric

Confused about importing list from Mailchimp and merging to Newletter

Hi,We used Klaviyo about 3 years ago and then moved to MailChimp. The bulk of our contacts were acquired via MailChimp. Now we have switched back to Klaviyo and my husband tried to import the MailChimp list. It seems there was a list list previously in Klaviyo with my store’s name attached and when my husband imported the MailChimp list he for some unknown reason created 2 segments (“Not in MailChimp and Merged Klaviyo and MailChimp) and 1 list “Not suppressed and accepts marketing”. I am so confused as to why he did this! He can’t explain or fix it and when he tried to move the contact to “Newsletter” he received a Klaviyo error that states the contact are unmapped. Can someone please help me fix this? When he tried years ago to import Klaviyo to MailChimp he did something similar and I ended up not emailing a portion of my list because the list was never imported correctly. I didn’t find the error until 2 years later. Please keep in mind that my husband can’t seem to understand that
