Discount Code Reminders

Hi I have a series of emails which reward a discount code when a certain spend limit is reached. The codes are valid for 90 days. I would like to send people who haven’t used the code a reminder that it is expiring soon. Is there a way to do this using a conditional split? Just filtering on whether an order has been placed won’t necessarily work here, as our order frequency is less than 90 days, and someone may have simply forgotten to use the coupon.

Reinstate email recipients

Hi I mistakenly deleted an email in a flow. I have manually reinstated it - is there a way to recover the people who were waiting in the flow before it was deleted please?Pt 2 question - I added a second email - it is a reminder to use a coupon - is there a way for this to be sent to the people who received the original email before I mistakenly deleted it?

Segment behaviour - automatically removing someone from a segment

Hi I can’t seem to find an answer to this, so reaching out for some help. I have created a segment which people are added to once they have spent $500. They then enter a flow and receive an email with a coupon. What I can’t work out is how to automatically remove them from the segment once the email has sent so that they will go back in when they have spent a further $500, to receive another coupon. Appreciate any advice, thank you

Judge.me integration

HelloI have just added judge.me to my store, and have followed their tutorial to generate my emails in klaviyo - https://support.judge.me/support/solutions/articles/44002352695-send-review-requests-with-klaviyo#Step-1%3A-Add-Klaviyo-API-KeyWhen I test the email, I am getting the error message Message displayed without tags or variables Fix invalid template tags or variables  to preview the message with actual profiles and events.Judge.me say they can’t help unfortunately, even though they provided the instructions. is anyone able to help me with this? I need the email to include multiple products. I would also like to be able to send a follow up email 7 days later if no review was left - but can’t see any condition eg SubmittedReview to useWould really appreciate some help, thank you

HiI am already using Klaviyo on a vintage Shopify theme, and have Back in Stock, Viewed Product Tracking and Added to Cart Tracking set up, together with embedded forms.Currently migrating to a 2.0 theme, and unable to find any information about whether I need to add these all over again?If so, can I do that before the theme is published? Thanks

Embedded Mobile Form isn't diplaying

HiI’ve created an embedded sign up form for my Shopify site. The desktop view is fine but doesn’t look good on mobile as the boxes are too small.So I created another form for mobile view, and stacked the boxes. Problem with Embedding Sign up Form & Stats Accuracy

I have a Shopify website which is integrated. I’ve created a new lead magnet and am having a couple of problems. I’ve created a pop up - the stats show sign ups but the numbers aren’t correct when looking at my list - if someone doesn’t complete double opt in, do the stats still show that them as having completed the action?   I cloned the popup to make an embedded form for a page. I have copied the code and added it to the HTML for my page but the form isn’t showing. Appreciate any help, thank you

Back In Stock flow

HiI am trying to add this to my Minimal theme store. Following the tutorial, I don’t have an end body tag in my theme.liquid file.Should I add the code and then add the tag? Or???Appreciate any help, thank you
