Segment Not Updating

Trying to update a segment and it is just perpetually stuck at .1 percent. Nothing happens even If I refresh and try again. Any ideas as to why this would occur?

Browse Abandonment Multiple Products?

Lets say a customer who is on my list visits my website and views says 5-10 of products (we have a large catalog). Does Klaviyo have the capacity to display a range of these products in a single browse abandonment email or will it just display a single product i.e. the first one viewed.

Unsubscribe Page - Adding Additional Birthday Field

Hi,  I am in the process of customising my email preferences/unsubscribe page using the Klaviyo template code as a starting point.  I am wanting to add an additional field (same as the Email address/first name/last name fields) where customers can record their birthday. The code for these fields looks like this… </div>            </div>            <div class="form-group">               <label for="last_name" class="col-sm-3 control-label">Last Name</label>               <div class="col-sm-9">                  <input type="text" class="form-control" id="last_name" name="$last_name" value="{% if request.POST|lookup:'$email' %}{{ request.POST|lookup:'$last_name' }}{% else %}{{ person.last_name|default:'' }}{% endif %}" />               </div>            </div> What elements in the above code (the Last Name field)  would I need to alter in order to have it correctly capture birthday data.  Thanks Scott

Updating Coupon Code Question

Hi,I am looking at extending my welcome series and as part of that process wanted to adjust the validity time of the coupon code (Shopify) that I am using. When I went to adjust the length in Klaviyo I got the following message.. I am confused by the part that reads ‘you will need to create new codes for the updated coupon’. I set this up quite some time ago so have forgotten a lot of what I had learned in this regard. I thought the coupons were automatically generated? Can someone please clarify? Thanks.

Add To Cart Trigger Question

Klaviyo offers a true abandoned cart flow (as opposed to an abandoned checkout flow) by allowing us to use the Shopify Add To Cart trigger. My question is why is the default flow configured so that the CTA button takes the customer back to the product that was added to the cart rather than the cart itself? How do I configure it so that when the customer clicks on the CTA button they are taken to their shopping cart?

Change Product Block Text Size?

I am in the process of building out my Browse Abandonment Flow and am having an issue trying to reduce the product title text size in the browse abandonment product block. I currently have it set to 9px which seems to be the minimum size offered however the text appears really large when I preview the email. Any suggestions on how I can reduce the text size further?
