Test email links not working

I am new to Klaviyo and I am just creating my warm up email (that has taken 4 hours already- the system is incredibly slow) I have sent myself a test email to check the links and none of them are working.I get his page:on all the links. I have just set up an identical email in mailerlite and all links work. all the pages are connected to my shopify store and they work  but not in the Klaviyo email?Please help I really need to get going on this new CRM before Christmas gets going and it seem Klaviyo is making every step painful.

Warming up my imported list

I have just imported a very small list (315) from my mailer lite account. I want to send my first email to my most recent openers (170)  that I can see from 2 last newsletters in MailerliteBut when I ask Klayvio to make a list of the most recent openers, it doesnt find anyone? Do I have to manually send the first email as it seems Klayvio hasn't imported any data except from my shopify account.When I uploaded my CSV file I made sure it had the relevent data and I dont know what else to do?

Warming up a new account with a monthly news letter

Hi I have just signed up to Klaviyo and I. need to warm up my account.I have. previous account with Mailerlite. I haven't imported anything yet because im confused, the examples given suggest 2K plus accounts sending weekly emails. I only have 350 and send a mail monthly. I have date on these profiles on open/click etc but its not clear how I go about warming these up?

Remove all profiles from my account

Hi, I have an old Klaviyo account that I want to get back up and running. I plan to import my current email list from Mailerlite.I have over 100 old profiles still in this old Klayvio account and i would like to erase them all before import my current list.I dont want to keep them because my old business (that they originally signed up for) has changed and i dont want these profiles to skew any data nor be sent emails they didnt ask for.Some of the profiles might also be in my new list and i dont want doubles - especially if they have already unsubscribed from my new list but are still on the old one. I just want to erase and start from new. But i cant work out how to do this. there is n way to select them all and delete. I could my them into a list but even that seems hard?Am i missing something, how can i make this easy?Thanks for any help

Not seeing revenue results from a campaign

Hi I have just imported my email list from Mailerlite and sent out my first campaign via Klaviyo. But there are no stats showing fro revenue? I know I have sales from this campaign because they were using a special discount code that's only in the newsletter.I have also looked at some of the profiles that I know have purchased from me but the stats also show no purchases. Is this because I imported my data and Klaviyo doesn't have access to historical information?But I would really like to know who purchased and abandoned cart so I can send a retargeting email.

How to add a pop-up link to a button on shopify?

Hi, I am driving myself nuts trying to figure this out…I have built a landing page to my existing shopify store for  my new business to collect emails. In the landing page I have a button that requires a webpage for a link.I thought I would be able to create a pop-up and add the link but Klaviyo only gives a code.I have no idea where this code should go in my back end of shopify. I have followed the Klaviyo instructions to add a button but it doesn't work. It shows as a tin basic button and doesn't link to the pop up.is there anyway to place the pop link where the webpage is required?Or is there a simpler way of doing this? it seems really over complicated?
