How to change my business details in partner program?

Hello,I need to change my company name and email address in my partner dashboard - but I can’t see any way to do this.I did read in the community that I need to create a support ticket and get Klaviyo to do this for me, however my business doesn’t have a paid account (as I predominantly manage client accounts). Is there another way for me to make these changes? I’m only just starting to onboard clients to Managed Accounts and don’t want them to be confused because the request comes from a different business name. Thanks, Amy

How can I build my list before a new product launch?

Hello,I’m about to launch a new product and want to do a week of list building (SMS and email) the week before.I’m going to create an embed form to place on my site - promoting ‘sign-up to get early access to the launch’.So, a couple of questions:Can I collect both email and SMS in an embed form? I can’t see that I can in Klaviyo. If this is the case, what then is the best way to give people the option to subscribe to the communication they prefer (either email, SMS or both)? This is particularly important for driving leads from Instagram. Or, can I only offer one or the other (email or SMS) in an embed form?   Should new subscribers go into my main newsletter list and then I create segments for the early access subscribers (by creating a property profile for them). Or… should I create a new list for the early access subscribers?I hope this all makes sense! Thanks so much (in advance). Cheers, Amy

Email Flow Benchmarks

Hello,I’m putting together a flow audit for a client and have been using the Klaviyo benchmarks tool to compare our flows with the median.However, the comparison benchmarks only display for Welcome Flows, Browse Abandonment Flows, Abandoned Cart Flows and Thank You Flows.I’m looking for benchmarks for the following flows:Post-purchase Product reviews Loyalty rewards Winback SunsetCan anyone point me in the right direction for these? I’d really like to show my client how they’re tracking in comparison to others in the same industry. Thanks, Amy

High unsubscribe rates in email flows

Hello,I’ve created a series of email flows (which have been LIVE for 3 months) and many of the emails have a really high unsubscribe rate (including the Welcome Flows - where people have JUST signed up)!I’ve included a snapshot of the March report - wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what I should be auditing/looking at to reduce the unsubscribe rate for flows (I’ve only been able to find info on this regarding campaigns).I thought maybe I can give people the option to Manage their Preferences as well as Unsubscribe. But I’m not sure how this will work with flows? Would we give them the option to only receive transactional messages? And if that’s the case, how do I implement this? FYI: The opt-in offer is 10% Off plus a free downloadable print. We give people the code instantly in the Opt-In pop up and also send it through in the Welcome Flow. Maybe people are getting the code and using it, but don’t want the emails?Also, the Sunset Flow has a high unsubscribe rate - I thou

Best practice: Is there ever a time when you should send an email to your entire list?

Hello,I’m wondering if you should ever send a campaign to your entire list? I have segments set up and send campaigns mainly to my engaged segment. But should I send my big sale campaigns to my entire list (or extend my engaged segment for this)?Thanks so much, Amy

Campaign: How can 1 recipient click through, but there are 3 orders placed (by other recipients)

Hello,I’m a bit confused! We’ve just sent a campaign where 1 person clicked through yet 3 people placed an order. I’m not sure how this has happened? Also, the person who clicked on the email is different to the 3 people who placed an order.Is anyone able to explain how this works for me? I’ve included a snapshot of the report. Thanks, Amy

Can I moderate product reviews or be notified when one is left on our site when they come from a Klaviyo flow?

Hi,My client uses Stamped.io for collecting customer reviews. I’ve set up a Product Review Flow for them in Klaviyo, which takes customers directly to the Product Page to leave a review (instead of the Review going into Stamped.io for moderation).I’m wondering if there’s any way we can moderate the customer reviews or be notified when there’s a new review - when it comes through the Klaviyo flow? Or do we manually need to go into each product page to check them? Thanks, Amy
