There's a huge chunk of unattributed revenue recorded in the Growth Overview dashboard but I do not know what contributed to the unattributed revenue

Hello Klaviyo Community,I hope everyone is doing well.I am facing an issue with the Growth Overview dashboard in my Klaviyo account. There is a significant amount of revenue recorded under "Unattributed Revenue," and I am unsure of what is contributing to this amount.I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice on how to identify the sources of this unattributed revenue. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it?

Strategies to create a waiting list/ email flow for customers, say if an item is out of stock.

Hi team, I am in the midst of planning a waiting list email marketing strategy for our brands. Say if an item is out of stock, and when people click on the ‘Join the waiting list’ button, they will instantly receive an email when the item is back on stock. May I know what are the steps to implement such strategy on Klaviyo? I reckon a pop-up is a must, for people to join the waiting list. But the in stock/ out of stock status is a tricky one, how does Klaviyo recognizes if an out-of-stock item is back in stock, and then trigger it to send out a dynamic email to the particular person who joined the waiting list? Would love to learn more from the experts! As I am relatively new to email marketing. Thanks!

More Ideas for Browse Abandonment Flow

Hi there, I am exploring ways to build the Browse Abandonment flow, and I would like to send out the 2nd email (offering incentives) for ppl who still do not make any purchase after receiving the 1st email. Can someone advise on whether my flow setup is correct? Also, based on my flow setup , say if someone had purchased with the code in the 2nd email 30 days ago and viewed product again (after 30 days), will that person go into this flow yet again?

Upsell Campaign for Baby Products

Hi Klaviyo team, I will need some advice on setting up the metrics for an upsell campaign for one of our mom & baby brand. The baby items that we are selling are categorized into various age groups. We plan to upsell our products according to diff baby age groups by creating an automated email flow. Below is the metrics I tried to create while setting up the flow. One thing I am not quite sure about it setting ‘Ordered Product’ as trigger, as I understand that one Ordered Product event is tracked for each item purchased. I wouldn’t want to send out too many emails to the same ppl who purchases three items in a single purchase event (as there will be one Placed Order event and three corresponding Ordered Product events recorded). Reason why I used ‘Ordered Product’ as the trigger is because it allows me to set up filters such as product ids, variant size etc.

How do you create a conditional split based on who used a static coupon from an older email?

Hi Klaviyo Team, Would need some advise regarding the matter below:We are creating a customer winback flow. This is how the draft flow would be:  Say I wanna send out a last chance email to those who have yet to place order using a static coupon code (coupon expires in 12 days) in the previous email, is the conditional split event align with my goal? I am especially concern with the timeline. Can someone please advise what is the best practice? Thanks!

Is there a way to sync form questions from Google form into Klaviyo's customer profiles?

Hi there! Say if I were to create a survey using Google form (its free!), what is the best practice to have the information collected from each form question directly synced/ updated into the Klaviyo’s customer profiles? I know that we can use Typeform/ Survicate to create the survey as these 2 survey platforms have direct integration with Klaviyo. However, I am trying to explore other ways that could possibly save up cost.
