As a business we are now required to discontinue use of your services due to the inability to support 2048-bit RSA–encrypted DKIM keys, which are mandatory under our internal corporate security policy for configuring a branded sending domain.

I wanted to understand if there are any plans on your roadmap to support 2048‑bit DKIM encryption keys.

if 2048-bit dkm supportt avilible yet, an official roadmap update would be greatly appreciated. Many organizations now require 2048-bit RSA keys for compliance and security, so knowing whether this feature is planned would help customers make informed decisions.

Thanks, Gabby. It’s disappointing to see that this level of security investment isn’t included in the future roadmap, regardless of the new features planned for Klaviyo. Ultimately, security is what determines whether customers even get through the front door.
