235/423 Shopify products showing “Not Published” in Klaviyo despite being live
Hi,
We’ve identified what appears to be a Shopify catalogue sync issue in our Klaviyo account.
235 of our 423 catalogue products (56%) are showing as “Not Published” in Klaviyo, despite the affected products being ACTIVE, published to the Online Store sales channel, and publicly available on our Shopify storefront.
This includes all 7 of our StairMaster products. As a result, a Klaviyo product feed filtered to our StairMaster collection returns zero products, even though those products are live and purchasable in Shopify.
We have already tested Resync Item on an affected product, but this did not change its “Not Published” status.
Because such a large proportion of the catalogue is affected and an individual resync has not resolved it, could a Klaviyo team member please advise whether the Shopify catalogue integration needs a catalogue-level re-import/reset or another backend sync action?
We have deliberately not triggered Historical Re-import or changed the integration, as we do not want to make a potentially disruptive change without guidance.
There is also a second catalogue issue we need help with. Our Klaviyo product catalogue is generating product URLs using our default myshopify.com domain rather than our live custom storefront domain. Klaviyo documentation indicates that Support can update the catalogue URL setting to use the live storefront domain.
Could someone from Klaviyo please help us with:
- Investigating why 235 Shopify-live products remain “Not Published” in Klaviyo.
- Advising or actioning the appropriate catalogue-level resync/re-import to correct this.
- Updating our Shopify catalogue product URL configuration from the default myshopify.com domain to our live custom storefront domain.
