Hi Everyone!
I’m currently having issues with my partnership application. I did not even receive a confirmation email that my application was received. It’s been about a week (which Klayvio mentioned it could take for approval) and I haven’t received any communication.
Should I re-submit the application? I attempted to contact partners@klayvio.com but it seems that inbox is no longer monitored. Sent in another support email as well.
Has anyone else had issues with registration? I have two clients waiting to onboarding, hence the impatience!
