I have created multiple sign up form, published them and connected them to my list. However, when i try to open the form link in an incognito browser, it redirects me to klaviyo login screen instead of showing the live signup form. The form type says ‘full page’ and its published - but i can’t access or use it. How can i get a working public link?

When you say you try to open the form link in an incognito browser, can you clarify which link you are using? If its bringing you to a Klaviyo page, then my assumption is that your grabbing the URL of the form editing page within Klaviyo. This URL would just bring you back to the editor within Klaviyo - it would not bring you to the live form on your site.
If you published the form, then this form should show on your site URL!
