Has anyone been experiencing permanent gray frames around your email building blocks in your saved templates? This is a new anomaly.
At first, I thought this was simply a "draft mode" function, but they show up in test emails and campaign emails.
Does not look professional at all! I sent a message to the helpdesk for guidance, but have not received an answer. Very frustrating because I have had to hold off on campaigns due to this issue.
Do you have any work-arounds or solutions?

Sorry to hear about the gray frames showing up in your template! Do you have a screenshot of how this appears in the editor or when sending a test that you can share in this thread? And is this occurring in every template, or just a specific template? My initial thought is that this has to due with some formatting or CSS that’s present in your template, but I’m happy to look into this. Since this might require our team to inspect the template, clone it and make some edits, I’m also happy to create a ticket with the support team on this, and make sure that it’s addressed in a timely fashion.
