How to add pop up up to wordpress?

Hi I’m not seeing any code provided after I make my pop up form to be able to embed on Wordpress. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi @harlequin !

If you are using a popup form, then there won’t be an embed code available. The idea of a popup is that as long as your site is integrated with Klaviyo, it will “pop up” based on the targeting/behavior settings you have set up within your form settings.

If you are wanting to embed your form onto a specific page on your site, then I would suggest creating an embed form rather than a popup form! Here is our guide for how to set this up.

If you are referring to a Popup you made with the Klaviyo Signup Forms, they should appear based on the display/targeting you specified. If you don’t see a popup, make sure you have the Wordpress Klaviyo Extension installed. You can find details about that here:

If you are using Wordpress (Without WooCommerce), then you may have to do a manual installation of the klaviyo.js file in your Wordpress Themes. There’s another thread here in the community that discusses that here:

1. Save the Form: Ensure the pop-up form is saved before grabbing the code.

Thanks, but I’m not seeing where ‘form settings’ is and haven’t seen any embeddable code anywhere. Maybe because I’m on the free plan? Idk.

Thanks. Yeah I’m still confused because I can’t seem to find the embeddable code for the sign up form yet :/
