How to convert profiles into email subscribers?

Hi,

I have set up my pop up window wrong and the 2nd step of signing up wasn’t visible (the text and the background colour was the same. So many new subscribers couldn’t finish the process. I have their email addresses in profiles, but how do I make them merge into my email list?

You can export the emails from your profiles (usually as a CSV file) and then import that list into your email marketing tool as subscribers. Make sure to mark them as opted-in if required by your platform, so they receive emails legally and safely.

Hi @Silva,

I’d recommend what Carson_Daniels said, as long as you’re sure that these profiles did, in fact, consent to marketing, and the only thing stopping them from being consented in Klaviyo was a technical error. If so, you can follow our guide on How to import subscribers to a list.
