How to setup workflow depending on a radio box option that someone chooses on a sign up form

I am trying to setup a free download where people sign up using a Klaviyo form to subscribe to a specific email list/segment. The thing that makes it more complicated is that it there is a radio box option to choose from one of two free downloads on the sign up form, and depending on which option they choose, they will be sent a specific email with the download link. I have set up the form and created the custom properties for the radio box options and I was planning on creating two segments which people will be assigned to depending on their choice, but the custom properties isn’t showing in the ‘Properties about someone’ list to do this. If anyone could offer advice on the best way of setting the subscriber segments up to then setup the flow or another easier way that I am able to set all of this up it would be greatly appreciated as I have been going around in circles with this for the past three weeks and not getting anywhere. Welcome to the community ​@chloeevansdesignsSorry to hear you’ve been circling!As the custom properties on your form are not appearing as options in the segment builder, it sounds likeyou haven’t tested the form submission to initiate the custom properties.For thosecustom properties to appear, they need to have been assigned to at least one profile. That can be done eithervia test submissions of the form, or just by adding them to a test profile.Examples below show what I mean for a custom property called “lead_magnet”. In the first image it’s not yet been assigned to any profile. In the 2nd image, I added that custom property to a test profile so it now appears as a segment option.Does that help you?RegardsAndy
