Klaviyo embed conflict with customer account

When the Klaviyo onsite embed app is enabled in my theme, the profile icon (customer account icon) stops working. I recently enabled the Customer Agent and that;s when I started to run into issues.

Disabling the Klaviyo embed immediately resolves the issue.

Using Shopify theme Dawn.

Any advice, suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

It’ll be a bit tricky to diagnose without seeing the issue, or access to your site.
