klaviyo seems to be down? is that true?

This is the first indicator that there could be intermittent outages that are affecting more than just you.

If all is good and green there, it may be something more isolated with your account and you should reach out to the support team via Live chat or Email.

yes i see the status page, all green there.

but while working on form i got red message “we experiencing problem, definitely we are working on it”

Hey @shexitech,

Are you still seeing this issue, and does this persist when making the changes to your form in an incognito window? We are experiencing an issue right now where some pages are temporarily unavailable, and our engineers are working on this. There were no reported incidents of the forms pages not working yesterday, however.
