Shopify had confirmed on our end our site is secure, no issues.
kla6.io shortened links working for us but all of the links now seem to be shortened to kly3.io
Klaviyo not responding to email ticket - weekend. Any advice?

Additionally, you might want to consider using a branded custom link instead of the Klaviyo short links. Our help article here goes over how to set this up. Using branded custom links in your messages will allow your recipients to see your domain instead of Klaviyo’s, and may play a role in mitigating the issue you’re seeing with the shortened links.
